The Team Behind Pegasus

Kevins career path was originally inspired by observing his father’s passion and purpose for his own business. This led him to choosing to study accounting, taxation, and business commerce at University, before completing his master’s in management, majoring in marketing.

Kevin launched his corporate career path in Australia, having moved here with his wife from India, well over a decade ago. After holding executive and management consulting roles within hundreds of businesses, he was acutely aware that the way clients and marketing agencies worked was something he was proficient and capable of improving upon, hence launched his own business to ensure clients could obtain proper visibility and outstanding return on their marketing investment.

Kevin continues to be instrumental in developing key relationships with clients and oversees the creation of a wide array of media and advertising projects that help increase market share in his clients’ respective industries.

With his local and interstate network, coupled with his diversity in all things marketing, promotion and communications, Kevin brings to Pegasus the opportunity to promote their ‘magic’ far and wide.

Sarah is a trained Lawyer, HR Consultant and Founder of Humanify HR Consulting, a Canberra-based firm established in June 2021 to put a more ‘human’ approach into the delivery of HR services to clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Sarah has lived and worked in Canberra for over 20 years and is passionate about giving back to the community. Sarah joined the Pegasus Board in April 2025 and brings an extensive skillset in corporate governance, human resources, organisational psychology, workplace relations, leadership, culture, and risk management.

Sarah has a particular interest in workplace relations and employment law, working as a trusted partner with clients to help them navigate complex people matters. Humanify HR, under Sarah’s leadership has become a preferred partner to Australia’s best leaders and organisations, including Newmont Mining, Greatland Gold, IKEA and a wide range of Government Departments.

Sarah holds a Master of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (with merit) from the Australian National University (ANU). Sarah completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Canberra, undertaking a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Laws. Since completing her formal studies, Sarah has completed international post-graduate study at London Business School, awarded as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FCPHR).

Justine is an accountant with experience in both private and public sectors, specialising in preparation of financial statements and GST compliance. Justine holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting) and is a provisional member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).

Justine is deeply connected to her hometown of Canberra and is passionate about supporting local charities and the community.

Justine has experience operating in public health, business advisory, and tax. She possesses a profound knowledge of accounting software and knows how to utilise it effectively depending on the organisation.

Justine enjoys simplifying financial reports and preparing monthly management dashboards. Her proficiency in these areas allows her to provide valuable insights to her clients and organisations, thereby making her a highly valued accountant and board member.

Barbara Anderson is a retired Commonwealth public servant, having worked at the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Department of Finance, The Treasury and the Australian Taxation office. Barbara, had also worked at the OECD and at Statistics New Zealand.

Barbara has tertiary qualifications in Economics (Sydney Uni) and a Master of Government and Commercial Law (ANU).

Barbara previously held positions of Board member, Treasurer and Chair of the French-Australia Preschool board and also as a Board member and subsequently holding the position of President of the Ainslie Tennis Club.

Barbara has been a volunteer and member of Pegasus since mid-2021.

Clinton Monger is a strategic leader and advocate for inclusion, with over a decade of experience working across government departments and agencies. Clinton’s professional journey has focused on driving digital transformation, governance, and stakeholder engagement, and he currently serves as Senior Account Director at Adobe, where he leads major initiatives to deliver innovative solutions for the public sector.

Clinton’s commitment to meaningful change extends beyond his corporate career. He has volunteered for more than 10 years with equine and animal rescue charities, where he also served on the board, contributing to operational management, financial oversight and Community Engagement. As an active foster carer with Barnardos, Clinton has provided both long-term and emergency care for children in need, gaining firsthand insight into the life-changing impact of therapeutic programs for children and individuals with disabilities.

Clinton’s professional and personal experiences have shaped his belief in the power of inclusive, therapeutic programs to build confidence, connection, and wellbeing. He brings to Pegasus a blend of governance expertise, strategic vision, and a deep passion for equine therapy. Clinton is dedicated to supporting Pegasus’s mission and helping the organisation create lasting positive impact in the community.

Erin’s career as a security specialist and intelligence practitioner spans several Federal Government agencies. Most recently, she spent three years at the forefront of strengthening Australia’s democratic resilience against cyber threats for the Federal Parliament, establishing a world-leading cyber capability that earned the respect and confidence of domestic and international stakeholders. After a decade in male dominated fields suffering critical skill shortages Erin realised the necessity of strong leadership when developing high-performing teams in complex industries. Motivated to inspire and empower other women in finding the confidence, capabilities and connections to progress in their careers, Erin joined FutureWomen as a Senior Specialist in August 2025.

Erin has a Bachelor in Criminology from the Australian National University and is highly sought after as a speaker and panellist on cybersecurity. Erin’s career highlights include keynote addresses for the Five Eye Parliament Cyber Conference 2024 in Washington D.C, and the Australian and New Zealand Parliamentary ICT Alliance (ANZPIT) conference.

No stranger to the Canberra equestrian community, Erin started her riding journey at Canberra Equestrian Centre at 8 years of age on a spotted appaloosa named Leopold. It was a quick progression from ‘Dad can I have riding lessons?’ to owning her first Thoroughbred at 13. Erin found her love and passion for eventing with her first horse, Jai, who was a local celebrity among the Pony Clubs. Erin went on to compete at 1* and 2* with her talented equine partners, Foxground Declan and Keliven Cappaccuino. Comfortable with a busy schedule and a touch of chaos – in her ‘spare time’ Erin manages 120 acres complete with a small herd of angus cattle and eight horses (at last count).

Raffy Sgroi is a seasoned business strategist and leadership consultant with over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, Raffy brings both academic foundation and practical expertise to her role as a passionate advocate for skills development and inclusion.

With three decades of entrepreneurial expertise, Raffy has dedicated her professional career to driving meaningful change in organisations through strategic leadership and authentic diversity initiatives. Her extensive experience as a board director across multiple organisations has provided her with deep insights into governance, strategic planning, and organisational transformation.
As an industry advisor to both federal and local government, Raffy leverages her vast experience to inform policy and practice around inclusive business development and sustainable growth strategies. Her advisory work demonstrates her commitment to creating systemic change that extends beyond individual organisations.
Raffy’s professional mission centres on championing real inclusion and equal opportunity, working to break down barriers and create pathways for underrepresented groups to thrive in business environments. Her passion meets lived experience as she serves as a full-time carer for her brother-in-law, who has Down syndrome. This personal journey has given her a firsthand understanding of the importance of achieving true equality and providing meaningful support for families and caregivers.
Her approach to leadership consulting emphasises the critical intersection of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability as drivers of long-term organisational success. Through her board director roles and consulting work, Raffy has consistently demonstrated her ability to transform organisational cultures while delivering measurable business results.
Raffy’s passion for skills development, informed by both professional expertise and personal experience, has helped countless professionals advance their careers and reach their full potential. She continues to advocate for workplace environments where diversity is celebrated, inclusion is practised authentically, and sustainability principles guide decision-making at every level.

Steve’s career as a finance and commercial specialist ranges across several Federal Government agencies. He has lived and worked in Canberra for over 20 years and is looking to give back to the community and region he calls home.

Steve joined the Board in October 2025 and brings senior executive experience across financial, commercial and project assurance on complex government and digital transformation programs.

Steve holds an Executive MBA in Complex Program Leadership and Strategic Sourcing from the Queensland University of Technology. He completed undergraduate studies at the University of Canberra, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce. Steve is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
