Our Vision is to be a leading provider of equine and farm-based programs for people with disability.

    Our Mission is to support the development of skills, abilities and confidence in people with disabilities in the wider Canberra region, through equine and farm-based programs that are engaging, safe and fun.

    We will embody the Pegasus values in everything we do through Commitment, Respect, Quality and Connection - to and with our participants, their families, the community and each other.

  • Communicate the Pegasus story widely.

    We will engage widely with the community, Government and disability, education and sports sectors to share our purpose, raise awareness and attract support.

  • Build strong relationships within Pegasus and across the community.

    We will establish strong relationships with organisations in our sector to identify opportunities to increase our exposure and maintain relevance to the community.

  • Expand our reach.

    We will expand our reach to ensure our resources are used to best effect, increasing our participant numbers enabling us to deliver maximum benefit to the wider Canberra community.

  • Recognise excellence and celebrate achievements.

    We will recognise excellence in our staff, volunteers, participants and the organisation; celebrating achievements and milestones.

  • Keep everyone safe and secure Pegasus’ future.

    We will ensure Pegasus meets its legal, financial, ethical, environmental and safety obligations ensuring we operate safely and within the law. Equally, we will monitor operational perfor- mance, guarding its integrity and achievement of targets.
