Sarah is a trained Lawyer, HR Consultant and Founder of Humanify HR Consulting, a Canberra-based firm established in June 2021 to put a more ‘human’ approach into the delivery of HR services to clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Sarah has lived and worked in Canberra for over 20 years and is passionate about giving back to the community. Sarah joined the Pegasus Board in April 2025 and brings an extensive skillset in corporate governance, human resources, organisational psychology, workplace relations, leadership, culture, and risk management.

Sarah has a particular interest in workplace relations and employment law, working as a trusted partner with clients to help them navigate complex people matters. Humanify HR, under Sarah’s leadership has become a preferred partner to Australia’s best leaders and organisations, including Newmont Mining, Greatland Gold, IKEA and a wide range of Government Departments.

Sarah holds a Master of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (with merit) from the Australian National University (ANU). Sarah completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Canberra, undertaking a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Laws. Since completing her formal studies, Sarah has completed international post-graduate study at London Business School, awarded as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FCPHR).
